ELLA Wins (Elections & Leadership Latina Academy)

Join ELLA Wins, a campaign & leadership training academy for Latinas. ELLA Wins participants attend a half-day session that targets issues of particular interest to Latinas running for political office. This opportunity is part of Rutgers University—New Brunswick’s Ready to Run mentorship initiative, a flagship plan run by the Center for American Women and Politics (CAWP) who along with a steering committee of leaders in the Latina community, sponsor ELLA Wins a pre-conference session of the New Jersey Ready to Run® Campaign Training for Women.
